The Problem

Veterinary doctors and clinics needed an efficient way to order bulk quantities of medicines and handle the associated paperwork. The existing process was fragmented and time-consuming, involving multiple platforms or manual steps for both ordering and managing documentation.

Key issues identified:

  • Inefficient ordering process: Clinics had to manually contact suppliers or use outdated platforms, leading to delays and errors in bulk ordering.

  • Paperwork bottlenecks: Managing invoices, prescriptions, and other necessary paperwork was cumbersome, often requiring offline management, which resulted in lost time and potential errors.

Goal & Objective

The primary goal of the project was to streamline the medicine ordering process for veterinary doctors and clinics, while also simplifying paperwork management. Key objectives included:

  • Simplify Bulk Ordering: Develop an intuitive platform that allows veterinary clinics to easily order large quantities of medicines without the need for manual coordination.

  • Automate Paperwork: Integrate functionality for managing all necessary paperwork, such as invoices, prescriptions, and order confirmations, directly within the app to reduce manual errors and time spent on administrative tasks.

  • Improve Efficiency: Reduce the time and effort spent on both ordering and documentation by creating a seamless and user-friendly digital solution.
